Holly Willoughby New Fake

is assumed for the paragraphs of Article. 12 paragraph f and j of the Law 122/2010 the assumption of unconstitutionality of these paragraphs that make contributions to the reunification of consideration now by public pension funds, now INPDAP INPS.
This assumption is justified by the fact that 25 years ago the state paid the contributions for employees in cases of public bodies such as the CPDEL only 17% of salary against the current 24%, since 1996, in line with those paid INPS by individuals. Ceased employment the transfer of these contributions in Social Security involves a heavy burden, caused by that deficit, before the entry into force of Law 122/2010 was removed from the 322/58 and the like.
Another reason is that the denial of the right, already acquired, to reunite INPDAP paid their contributions for free, for those who have left the employment relationship, for example 25 years ago and have been waiting in applying for a reunion to date, sure whether the law now repealed.
In fact, the deadline for submission of the application (which coincides with the date of repeal of that law) should have been fixed for a set time, from otherwise notified and advertised as was the case with the entry 122/2010 in force even with retroactive effect. Make
now, after 25 years, the reunion would involve a heavy burden because assessed on the basis of a salary much higher than that corresponding to the time of termination of employment.
At this brazen act of depredation of government unfortunately has not been given much importance by the political opposition and the media and by the same unions, therefore, the measure is considered very serious for theft that the state operates to the detriment of its former workers for both the authoritarian way in which it occurred, I urge the spontaneous formation of a committee of all those who have been affected by this measure to appeal for unconstitutionality collecting the necessary signatures.
I therefore ask those who are more experienced than me practice to request the unconstitutionality of that law and how to collect signatures for this purpose.
